AtlasXomics

AtlasXomics is developing a system to enable spatial multi-omics – the labeling of nucleic acids and proteins in single cells with DNA “zip codes” that identify each cell’s spatial relationship to its neighboring cells. These “zip codes” can be attached to poly-T oligos to enable single-cell transcriptomics, to bar-coded antibodies to enable proteomics, and to adapter labeled Tn5 transposomes (ATAC-seq) for epigenomics. The DNA zip code-analytes are then sequenced to create the data set for each region/(cell).

The company’s technology was developed by Rong Fan, PhD., Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University and is exclusively licensed to AtlasXomics.
